1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through 3amvera.store, you agree to these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
2. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed. If a price correction affects your order, we will notify you and offer either a refund or a chance to accept the corrected price before shipping.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is shipped. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will refund the item’s price.
3. Payment
Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
4. Shipping
Shipping terms are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
5. Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any product purchased from us is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product purchased from us.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
