30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you receive a product that does not meet our published specifications — whether for purity, weight, packaging integrity, or COA accuracy — we will issue a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
- Damaged in transit — photo evidence required within 7 days of delivery
- Failed COA verification — submit independent lab results within 30 days
- Wrong product shipped — return original; refund issued upon receipt
- Unopened glassware / pipettes / PPE — return within 30 days for refund minus 15% restocking fee
Non-Returnable Items
- Peptides and solvents that have been opened (sterility-compromised)
- Items shipped more than 30 days ago
- Items not purchased directly from Vera Peptides
How to Request a Return
Email support@verapeps.com with:
- Your order number
- The product SKU(s) you wish to return
- Photos of the issue (if applicable)
- Independent COA results (if disputing purity)
We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and prepaid return label within one business day.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return receipt. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
