Returns & Refunds Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If a product doesn’t work out for you or your dog, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product.
How to Start a Return
Email support@3amvera.store with your order number and a one-line note about why you’re returning. We’ll reply with a return address and any instructions specific to the item.
Condition of Returned Items
Items should come back unused or gently used, with original tags or packaging where applicable. We can’t accept items that have been chewed beyond use, soiled, or modified.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Defective Items & Wrong Items Shipped
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and ship a replacement at no charge.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened bags of treats and chews are not returnable unless defective.
