Shipping Policy
Free Shipping Threshold
Orders $50 and over ship free within the continental United States. Orders below $50 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from receipt of payment. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time ship the following business day.
Carriers & Delivery
- USPS Priority Mail — 2–3 business days, tracked
- UPS Ground — 2–5 business days, tracked
- FedEx 2-Day — temperature-sensitive shipments (cold packs included)
Cold-Chain Shipping
Peptides shipped during summer months (May 1 – Sep 30) include phase-change cold packs at no additional charge. We recommend you refrigerate or freeze peptides immediately upon delivery.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours of order confirmation, email support@verapeps.com.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International orders cannot be accepted at this time.
Restricted States
Certain products are restricted from shipping to specific states for regulatory reasons. Restricted-state notices will appear at checkout if applicable to your address.
