Free Shipping Threshold
Orders $50 and over ship free within the continental United States. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $7.95.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our Wyoming warehouse.
Transit Time
Standard ground shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days depending on your destination. Customers in the western US generally see faster delivery than those on the East Coast.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional charges may apply to AK/HI/PR). We do not currently ship internationally.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, give it 24 hours and check with your neighbors and mail carrier. If it still doesn’t turn up, email support@3amvera.store and we’ll work with the carrier to file a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the box and the damaged item and email it to support within 7 days — we’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
